One of the most popular “web accents” that I’ve helped build for 3cStudios is our Feature Box, a Flash-based slideshow of sorts that allows users to upload their own graphics and text, typically for their website’s home page. I’ve built versions in both Flash and Flex, Actionscript 2 & 3, though the AS2 version is the most distributed due to its small size. I’m now working on additional versions of this “web accent” (driven, by the way, by XML) that are more feature rich and interesting, but I’ll at least mention a few here.
