Hanami Design: User Experience Design

Greetings, everybody! Weszt here, letting you know that things on Hanami Design are slowly waking back up after moving from Florida to Oregon, spending nearly two months in Spain, and being deep in the trenches of a major website overhaul (see Strands.com). I'm finally getting my head above the water and man, do I ever have a lot to talk about. However some house cleaning needs to be done first and I'm about to begin converting the site to WordPress and will be moving things to a new host. This will take some time. I'm also going to take the opportunity to rework the CSS and possibly the layout a bit, since things have gone quite stale

I've recently been offered a job opportunity with Strands, a West Coast based start-up. Making plans for relocating to their main office (Corvallis, Oregon) has taken up much of my time for the last few weeks and looks to keep me plenty busy until I move in late May. I've been making notes along the way, so soon there will be plenty of updates and new posts; until then, I'll do my best to share with you what I can.
